The hotel is located at the edge of the Sun Moon Lake and the view from the balcony is spectaculair. The staff is very helpful and speaks English. They also provided parking space for 200 TWD/day, which is cheap. It is the same parking spot but when you provide the hotel your car license plate you can drive in/out without having to bother with a ticket machine. Excellent breakfast options!

The view overlooking the Sun Moon Lake was breathtaking! The 2nd best feature is that there is an instant hot/cold water dispenser in the room. No need to boil water! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast spread was very good and extensive. Good mix of Asian and Continental fare.

hotel's location was excellent, literally right by the pier and near the bus station. Family Mart is right across the street. the room was clean, the toilet very comfortable and spacious. the breakfast was very good, meets international standard.

Great Location and Beautiful view over the Lake. Room had Universal Power outlets which was great not needing to use the Travel Adapters. Room had everything you needed. Location was great close to the Bus Stop and Feery

1) Mini water dispenser next to TV is very convenient 2) Location is great because just next to Shuise Pier for boat ride & walking distance to Shuise Visitor centre for buses going to Alishan & Taichung 3) One of the cooks in restaurant is muslim and she guided us as what to eat

Th location was very convenient. It's located within 3 minutes walk from the bus station and is clearly visible on the high street. The hotel is located right next to the pier so it's easy to take the ferry for other parts of Sun Moon Lake.

I love the location! I’ve been to Sun Moon Lake 3 times and all three I stayed at this hotel. It’s near the dock where you can easily access and walk the trail along the lake. The views are stunning and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. I also enjoy the huge variety of breakfast options.
